Author Bio
Hayward is a playwright and performer whose work has appeared with Kitchen Dog Theatre, Echo Theatre, Over the Bridge Arts, Our Productions Theatre Company, Noveau 47 Theatre, Goat Song Theatre Collective, Audacity and Rover Dramawerks. Collaborations include TITC live Stream, Green Buffalo Productions, and web series, Isolation Station. EAT CROW won the First Impressions Festival, and TOTS New Works Contest in 2020. It was also selected for the cancelled 2020 FIT Festival. Petrichor was selected for the Women Playwrights International Conference Montreal 2022 as well WFFringe 2021. Tokoloshe will have a world premiere with First Draft and Over the Bridge Arts in 2022. A Dramatists Guild member, Hayward holds a MA from Texas Woman's University, a PDA from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts, a BFA from Texas Christian University, and Kennedy Center Playwrighting Intensive Alum. Honors in a DFW Critic Choice Award, and #WriteNOW Semi-finalist.
